[ His sud-covered hand lifts toward the screen, one finger extended. ]

Regardless, it does not cost us anything to at least try. It might not always work or be sensible... but I prefer to try and help instead of giving up before I've even tried. And though you may hide it, Haru-san, you do care about others too.

[ He doesn't say anything for a moment, lips setting together. ]

I just think all of you are wasting your time. It's nice and all. But I'd rather people don't worry themselves.

Caring and worrying is simply something some feel they should do. But if you're concerned, perhaps you could try to do less worrisome things.

[ Haru looks at Katsura quietly....and then he just branches off into a laugh. It's such simple logic, but it's amusing to him. Amusing how something so simple could be so true. And amusing how everyone seems to think it's simple. ]

[Katsura blinks, not sure what to make of Haru's reaction. Is he going to cry? Is he going to burst out in laughter? Is he going to get all violent?]

I don't see anything amusing about that, Haru-san. Did someone tell you a funny joke and are you recalling it only now?
