[[Bakura looks up with a faint smile that just looks tired. It's like he's trying to act like nothing's wrong but just doesn't have the energy for it anymore]]

It's all right, you didn't need to rush back like that.

W-Well, I didn't want you to have to wait too long, de arimasu. [Especially not by yourself.

It's okay if you don't have the energy, because Keroro isn't going to push you to do anything. He just unlocks the door, reaching up to turn the knob and pushing it in.]

Come on in, Bakura-dono.

[[He bows his head slightly as he steps in side]] Sorry for intruding, [[said in an almost automatic, distracted way as he goes to take off his shoes. Very much on autopilot.]]

[Stop making him worry, Bakura, geez.]

S-So what did you want to play, Bakura-dono?

[While he's saying this he rummages around for the cards he's certain are hidden in a cupboard filled with other games. DEATH, Squabble...where did he tuck those cards?]

[[He'd like to play Monster World but he knows that doesn't exist here. Ah well]] Anything is fine. Even if it's one I haven't heard of. [[Not that there were too many of those. Between his own love of games and Yuugi's, the two of them had gone through almost every game that existed back in their world.]]

[Keroro finally finds the cards hidden in the back where they had probably fallen earlier.]

Then...let's play Old Maid, de arimasu. [Anyone can play Old Maid, right? And besides, they didn't have the necessary equipment to play Keronian card games.]

Alright.

[[idly looks over at the cards]] There aren't that many card games here, are there? Just simple ones....

I've seen some trading card games around, de arimasu.

[He even has some in his shop, after all.]

Those can be pretty complicated, de arimasu. [He shuffles the cards and deals them out. Of course, if he flips his hand over he'll see the Old Maid.]

Un... just not really... [[he trails off a moment. 'Not Duel Monsters' was what he would have said. But really what was?]]

Not really what, de arimasu? Complicated? If you don't think it's complicated enough you can always make your own, de arimasu.

Maybe. [[a bit of a faint smile at that]] There was just a really good one back home. I have my deck for it here, but no one else does, so it's not very helpful.

Then...show it to me, Bakura-dono. If we both think about it, I'm sure we'll be able to make something that could suit your needs, de arimasu.

[[He seems to debate this a moment before nodding]] It's upstairs, I can go get it.

I hope it isn't too much trouble for you, de arimasu. [But he's curious so he'd be a little bit disappointed if Bakura thought it was too much trouble.]

It's just upstairs, it's not much trouble at all. [[assures with a bit more of smile]] You can even come up, if you'd like, though it shouldn't take too long.

[Keroro takes a moment to look at his and Eve's apartment while he thinks. He could let Bakura go by himself but it would be lonely wouldn't it to go back to an apartment when your partner was gone?]

If it's okay, please allow me to accompany you, Bakura-dono.

[It would be, which was why he was down there instead of up there. But he had to go back up to get his deck...

He nods]] Of course.

[Keroro raises himself up on the tips of his toes so that he can turn the doorknob then he pushes and holds the door open.]

[[Heads for the stairs to go up to the top floor (since it was only 2 flights and after Ryuzaki's explanation of why he was never going to ride in one, he'd started not using the elevator whenever it was an easy amount to walk. Helped build his stamina too.

He fumbles with his keys are he gets to his apartment, seeming even more absentminded as he approaches.]]

[Keroro is no stranger to stairs that are quite a bit taller than him, and he does eventually make his way up, although the going is a bit slow. (It'll be much quicker when he descends.)

He leans against the wall as he watches Bakura fumble with the keys. He doesn't ask if anything's wrong, because all he can do now is just be there for Bakura and at least let him feel that something here is still the same.]

[[it's just the absentmindedness of not wanting to face reality, even when he already has.

It's not much more than a moment before gets the door unlocked, stepping inside and out of his sneakers without thinking.]]

The games are all in the living room, [[nods, heading towards the shelf that was already rather full of games of various types, as well as some cheep looking horror movies and assorted fantasy novels, all neatly arranged and tidy, like the rest of the apartment.]]

[Keroro runs ahead of Bakura to look at the games, craning his head up and looking really quite impressed at Bakura's collection.]

Bakura-dono! You have a lot of games, de arimasu!

[[a warm smile at that]] They're what most my paycheck goes for. [[acknowledges with a small laugh]] Games are one of my favorite things.

[[Now where was--- aaa, there it was. He carefully takes down a small wooden box, opening it up to extract his deck]]

Still, your collection is amazing, de arimasu!

[He was actually watching Bakura take down the box until he got distracted.]

Ah. Is that Battlesh*p, de arimasu?! And Shinigame: the Board Game, de arimasu!

Un! [[smiles]] You've played? It's a pretty fun variation!
