[There was something to be said for interesting technology; what the was Dwight could care less. He was, so far as he was concerned, being dragged along to someone else's plans once again. This time no one bothered to ask if he was even interested.

Look…I get the idea that this place needs help. I’m not blaming anyone for that. But. Could it have hurt to ask before randomly dumping me in a dark room with a headache? I would’ve even been reasonable about gas money.

Yeah, that's how it was when I first got here. [ She doesn't look very happy with that fact, but it is what it is, and at least now she has some idea of what's happening.

And of course you wouldn't mind Jordan, Dwight. She's not dating your romantic interest, after all.

At his last question, Audrey nods. ]

Yeah. I've made some friends here since arriving though. This place isn't too different from Haven. Just... hotter. [ She says this with obvious disdain. ]

The fact that it's intelligence is up for debate should be more then enough to worry over.

You wouldn't be the only one doing so.

I assume its choices make sense to it. Which does beg the question of what it wants, exactly, because as far as ending the war quickly goes, said choices are questionable.

Hard to believe but yes. A lot of people seem to come from different versions of this place. Then there's those like me who come from different worlds entirely.

Think of it as a vacation. [There is a definite edge of anger to Shirogane's tone as he says this. He just really resents being dragged off in the middle of something important to help a cause he could care less about.]

If you take a good look at the people being brought here, you'll realize BREW seems to value quantity over quality.

I can't imagine how. I mean, not even touching the fact that there are probably millions of other worlds it can pick people from, I can name at least five people off the top of my head whom BREW would be better off dragging here than me.

And I'm not even saying that just because they piss me off!
