[Since Genesis has been feeling very cheery, he's in the mood to talk to the city. Usually, he'd be a bearer of news as part of the Watch or a mouthpiece for recruitment. But today, he's in the mood to talk about something else.]

Did you ever have a feeling-- and impulse, more like, to do something dramatic? Sweep someone off their feet, or run off on an adventure? I didn't think I'd feel such a thing, but perhaps it's about time to revel in a little happiness. Do something beyond the fighting, the training, and the daily hubbub.

What I mean is...

Yako Katsuragi, would you like to go flying with me this afternoon?

[He ends his feed with a great big grin.

Oh, and if you feel like assaulting him in person or something, he'll be a sitting duck at the agency's reception area.]

I would say no because I like playing with people. Friends, especially. But I would never truly turn a good friend down.

Sephiroth might not get the teasing thing. He might pout or do that morose thing.

It's not like I'd tell him no then leave him just to play with him. I know him. I'd make it clear that I'm just kidding.

[That brings back memories. Playing with Sephiroth on little yes and no questions as a friend. "Did you steal Hollander's shipment of apples?" "No." "Did you just make the Third Classes do these exercises just for fun?" "Goddess, no!" Circumstances are different now, though. Sephiroth himself is different. Genesis can't say he's truly sure he knows him the same way he knew him in the past.]

Sometimes I think he needs a chance to figure out for himself that someone is joking around with him. It does him good to just be a man taking a ribbing from a friend.

He might be more dignified for presentation to you, but I bet deep down it would be the same thing. You're his friend, and he's highly loyal to his friends.
