[Since Genesis has been feeling very cheery, he's in the mood to talk to the city. Usually, he'd be a bearer of news as part of the Watch or a mouthpiece for recruitment. But today, he's in the mood to talk about something else.]

Did you ever have a feeling-- and impulse, more like, to do something dramatic? Sweep someone off their feet, or run off on an adventure? I didn't think I'd feel such a thing, but perhaps it's about time to revel in a little happiness. Do something beyond the fighting, the training, and the daily hubbub.

What I mean is...

Yako Katsuragi, would you like to go flying with me this afternoon?

[He ends his feed with a great big grin.

Oh, and if you feel like assaulting him in person or something, he'll be a sitting duck at the agency's reception area.]

So you're feeling the urge to sweep her off her feet why?

[Don't force him to go all protective-boyfriend on you, Genesis. He's been trying very hard to not do that because Yako doesn't seem to appreciate it very much, but... but you're starting to push it.]

[He laughs. Thankfully, Genesis isn't really cruel. He just likes to play with people.]

It's a favor I owed her for taking care of my injured wing during a siege on the city some months back.

[His ruffled feathers smooth a little at that easy laugh and explanation.]

So... this isn't some kind of attempt to romance her or anything. [He nods. Good.] She... she is good at taking care of people.

[Though 'injured wing?' Sounds pretty weird.]

No. Not at all. I'm honestly amazed that she knew her way around with a wing. I've never had anyone do that for me before.

... are you aware that I do have a wing? [He's kind of sensing that "really, a wing?" kind of reaction.]

You seem.... like a regular guy. ...sort of.

[He's well aware that the Deathscythe Sephiroth has a wing. But all this single-wing business is really kind of weird. Isn't that just an awkward appendage? Only one? Takuto is stupidly body-symmetric and feels lopsided when he has only one weapon--he can't imagine how weird it would feel to have only one wing.]

I guess I am... mostly.

[He won't make a comment to how close he is to Deathscythe Sephiroth, though. He isn't very fond of feeling conscious about how people may compare the two of them.]

As long as you're not actually hitting on my girlfriend, you're okay.

[His former partner had wings and horns, and this is Death City so weirdness is kind of expected. But still... his curiosity gets the better of him.]

So... it's just... one wing?

So how do you... keep from flying in circles?

[He's actually being sincere, too. The world is full of mysteries.]

Well... to be honest, it's still a bit of a mystery. But basically, my wing gives me lift and I simply move my body in the direction I want to go, like a glider. I guess it does help, though, that my wing is twice as long as I am tall.

So... you mean it's pretty much just magic.

[Though "just magic" seems kind of a strange way to put it. But he shrugs. Some things just kind of work the way they do and that's that.]

Either that or very complicated physics I can't explain. Personally, I'm leaning towards the physics.

...Isn't 'complicated physics' another word for magic?
