I'm mobilizing the entirety of the Watch around the city. Please avoid any structures that have taken damage during the earthquake, just to be on the safe side. Contact me immediately if you need help, or if you think your friends are in trouble.


Filter: The Watch;

Zone Leaders, take charge of your districts. I want all able patrolmen on the field and in their respective districts, ready to offer assistance to whoever needs it. Keep lines of communication clear and open between yourselves. Use your own judgment, keep your eyes open and your ears to the ground.

Scifo, Hawkeye: hold the fort. Kerrigan, Tassadar, Selendis, Temeraire, Genesis, Konoha ninja: can you give me a view from above on how things are in the city? Lady: to me.

The city has taken mostly superficial damage, but most structures are standing save in older areas of town. There is damage to roads in some areas, but I don't see any sign of mass panic or looting yet.

There are areas where people may be trapped, but that's unknown from my current location.

From what I can see, most buildings remain structurally intact, despite visible damage, although it looks as though Death City's less-maintained buildings have given out.

Also, there's flooding from the waterways in the shopping district. Once our district is under control, Lain and I will be searching for lost souls and assuring their safe retrieval.

The damage to the city as a whole isn't that bad, but I've gotten reports of falling items from inside causing injury to the residents. There's little impact to the Entertainment District, by the way.

Is there anything in particular you needed to see before I fly down to help, sir?
