I think I know the answer to this, but has anyone seen or talked to Matt since the day before yesterday?

[No replies to Mello's messages, nothing on the network or security cameras, nothing in his flat, which Mello and Near completely legally entered.

But it's not unusual for Matt to bury himself in games, or some project, and not emerge for days on end--in fact, Mello knows he'd probably hole up forever, if not for necessities like buying smokes and groceries. He's trying to disprove his gut feeling, and hoping someone has seen Matt, or that he's simply picked his office to hole up in, or got distracted marathoning a new game with Gemini, or something that means he's all right.]

It's clear that even though it was considered, he's not exactly ecstatic about the idea that all three of them really could have left the city at once. Of course, them leaving is probably the best outcome in all of this. Last thing he needs is for anyone to be injured. Or worse.

[Anri's been laying low since her last unintentional broadcast but there's only so long she can avoid having to integrate with what is her new everyday life. And since one of the two people she knows can no longer be found, she figures it won't hurt to have more people to turn to.

Though this feed is intentional, it's clear from the way she can't quite face the camera that she's still not entirely comfortable in speaking out at all. But given the turmoil the city's in right now, there's only so much she can do alone - even if stray thought has given her a clue that there's a side of her not quite as departed as she first thought]

Ah...I'm sorry to trouble everyone at such a time. I know you all have a lot to focus on but Okabe-san doesn't seem to be around right now and there are some things I need to ask.

First of all...money. I've been doing okay so far but what I get from Shibusen isn't enough when so many places won't take it. And I'm not sure they'd be any more willing to take me on either. Not that I'm sure what I could do, exactly, but if anyone has any ideas, I'll listen.

Secondly, I think I found what I can do...I think I found why I'm a Weapon. But...it's complicated. I understand, but I'm also worried about what it means...if there's anyone I could talk to about this, I'd be grateful. If there's something you want of me to make up for taking your time, I'll find a way.

[Even if it means having to fight. If it's enough to appease her worries about what she's become, it'll be worth it.]

Truly, I can see why everybody is so worked up about it! After all you are the people with the special powers and circumstances and yet they don’t treat you as their heroes anymore! But the thing is… The strong will always want to prove that they are right. That they are justice and are only thinking selflessly of the greater good.

..All this considered you have the right to your righteous rage, guests of Shibusen. Some of you even got hurt!

[There is another thoughtful pause before he continues, apparently musing to himself.] But you know… I wonder if the offenses still justify the retributions. [He laughs and ends the call.]

The events regarding the populous of the city being aggravated by the in-activity of the war effort seems to be getting out of hand. I've recently heard that the Agency was a victim of an attack, and I hope there were no injuries. If anyone requires help with the clean up, please feel free to let me know.

[He sounds grieved by the idea of such violence when there is nothing they can do about it. He's also silently hopeful he gets news of a certain someone who works at the Agency.]

Is there no way to curb the rising aggression and violence? It seems illogical to attack the people who had no choice coming here in the first place.

Got a few questions. Need some information on the Guest run groups around here. Purpose, member lists, duties. Shibusen offices didn't have much of a directory when I asked.

Those of you who've been on investigation missions for Shibusen wanna give me what you found that'd be nice too. I'll share back. Anyone else just ask me for the information'n I'll send you a file, no need to stalk my conversations like a creep. [He is on to you lurkers out there and frankly it's disturbing.] I'd like a rundown of this whole war thing so far if anyone's got better info than the paper.

Finally can we stop beatin' up the poor civilians? They're annoying, but you all have superhuman abilities. Can we grow up around here?

Usually. But I’ve always found it to be really effective for really important things. And this was important.

Takuto, we don’t know every detail. I mean...I want to believe that they can handle this sort of thing. They probably—hopefully—have a long, strong history between them that led up to that incident. I...well, I’m actually beginning to wonder if I ever really understood him in particular, but...

I have discovered that 'paintball' is a fairly popular game in certain places- and here I thought Reborn was simply quite creative in his methods of, ah, 'encouragement'. Regardless, I have been wondering- would anyone care to participate in a game, if one was arranged? It would, of course, take some time, but...

[She tips a little to one side as a bird passes a little too close for comfort, completely nonplussed by how high she is or how precarious her perch is.]

Wow, okay so- shopping for other people? Totally exhausting.

Feels excellent helping them bring their wardrobe up to speed from whatever the last fashion era they got stuck in was, though.

But I've been thinking- since I got here, really- that helping people out with their issues might be why I'm here. Soooo...

What would everyone think of a little matchmaking? For people looking for Partners as well as people looking for romance- since really, they're both about compatibility to one degree or another. I'd have to make up some forms and stuff, of course, but I figured I should throw it out there, and see what everyone thinks...!

On top of that- would anyone be interested in an advice broadcast? I figure it'd be possible to broadcast over the network maybe once a week- folks can mail in questions for me to answer on-air, or just call in and ask live! What do you say? Good ideas or no?

A while back, there was a group for people who were actively trying to find partners... I don't think anyone who was running it is still around, but I think it was a good idea! Since it can be pretty hard to find someone, I think... Even if it's just for people who want to find someone they can work with for missions, and not a permanent partner or anything like that!

Would anyone want to help out with something like that? Since I'm sure it's something that would take more than one person doing!

I have stumbled across this world or rather this world has stumbled upon me. I admit I'm very surprised, but also happy to be of assistance. I realize that, in order to aid you with your noble objective, I will need a partner to fight along side. Could you explain how one goes about finding a partner and how does resonance work?
In order to become stronger, one must consume souls. What would happen if one was to consume a non-kishin egg soul?
