[This communication system might not beat an in-person interview, but Carl can already see that it can take out much of the legwork of research.]
Good afternoon, Death City. I'm Carl Kolchak, reporter. Currently freelance, I suppose.
Now then, I had some questions about the organizations which run this city. First of all, Shibusen. I did a little research in the library, but I was a little confused by what I found on the previous Shinigamis. I found a death date for the previous Shinigami, but no birth or death date for any Shinigami before him. Unless he lived for hundreds of years, I think some information is missing.
Second, what is the Kuzonoha Agency? And who are they watching with their surveillance system? Are they searching for spies, or does their concern lie with the city's accidental immigrants?
Finally, the Watch. How well have they performed their duties? I understand that their leader, Roy Mustang, is a guest. How do the locals in the city feel about a guest having so much influence?
