DEMISE

[it's afternoon when he posts, openly with video for the first time. the feed is focused on the couch in his apartment with him seated in the middle, a boy in his teens with a mess of grey hair, red eyes, and very pale skin. there's a small black cat in his lap, and it's treating his thumb like a chew toy while he smiles at the communicator and speaks.]

I have been here for some time now, so this is certainly late, but I had wanted to formally thank Shibusen for their kindness, as well as properly greet everyone here. My name is Kaworu Nagisa, and this is Judas. [he nods his head and lifts his hands slightly to acknowledge the cat, who for his part stills for a moment, releasing kaworu's thumb long enough to eye the communicator before batting at his hand. it seems to still have claws because kaworu winces slightly, but he's still all smiles as he goes right on.]

I would like to help in the war effort as much as I can, and for that I believe I require a partner. If there are any Weapons still in need of a Meister, I would like to meet you, so please feel free to contact me.

Beyond that, I would like to know what sort of groups and activities are available in the city. I have already joined S.E.E.S. and plan on assisting with the community garden that was mentioned recently, but if there is anything else then I would be interested in learning more.

[the cat apparently loses interest at that point, standing and hopping off his lap to wander off, but he doesn't seem to mind. he watches it for a moment before standing himself, now freed from the obligations of being a cat's resting place, and moves to turn the feed with another smile and a murmured farewell.]
