[ Hi, Death City, have Duo Maxwell still in pajamas, long hair swept over one shoulder, and a lap full of kittens. He seems sort of half away at this point, still scrubbing at an eye, and it takes a few seconds of wind up before he starts talking. It's not his usual fast paced way of speaking, though, the kind where words blend together and become an excited jibberish, and more a measured, tempered way of speaking. He's choosing his words carefully, even how he's presented himself this morning was a very conscious choice.

Because, well, it isn't every day he comes out and admits things like this. ]

So... in light of all these debacles and people leaving, I guess I ought to admit something to you guys. It isn't like I've been necessarily lying about it - because I don't lie - but typically my status is something very covert and not.. to be discussed in public like I'm about to.

[ He swallows, moving a roving kitten from climbing his shirt and putting it back in his lap, and suddenly the jovial look on his face is gone and replaced with rare utter seriousness, probably a side he's never shown anyone here before. ]

Back home, I'm a Gundam pilot. Technically, this makes me a terrorist..... I specialize in covert ops, stealth, assassination and ballistics, particularly bomb making. [ - - - - - ] I'm only admitting this now because it technically may make my involvement in this war a complication or a bonus to Shibusen and the people here, depending on how you feel about it... I guess...

All I'm saying is, back home I piloted Deathscythe Hell in order to protect the smiles of the people of the Colonies, and I won't hesitate to do the same here if people want to try something smart while defenses aren't necessarily the most connected things in the world. I may not have known all of you very long, but I still want everyone to get home safe.

So, if I'm needed, you only need to tell me the mission specs and the expected outcome, and I'll make it happen. At my discretion, of course.

[ But then a grin, as if the seriousness has been switched off and covered again, as he hoists two black and white kittens in to the air. ]

I also have kittens for adoption to a good home, if anyone wants them! I have the mom too, so if you don't want a baby she needs a place too, so just let me know, okay?

[Anders looks tired as he looks at the mirror. He's a little off-center; he still isn't quite certain on using this thing.]

I could use some help, if anyone would care to explain what some of the things in my accommodations are for. There's one that makes a noise and is cold inside, another has a knob with several numbers on it? I don't know what the box with numbers is either, or why it's pink. I don't particularly mind pink. It's just that it reminds me of the way one of my greeters blushed at nearly everything I said. Kanji.

[He smiles faintly at that. Teasing helps distract, and he needs distractions.]

I'd also like to know why we wind up without our abilities. It seems extremely discriminatory to strip people of who they are, and it's traumatizing as well. I understand that I'm a Meister, but there's no comparison. It's...

[He leans back, putting his hand on the kitchen sink handle and turning it on by accident. Unfortunately, the previous resident left a rubber band around the hose nozzle, and Anders winds up sprayed by a sudden gush of water.]

[It's clearly a curse, and he shuts the Forge off before trying to figure out how to stop the water.]

[ It seems that a certain scientist finally sees it fit to make her first appearance on the network a little later in the afternoon. ]

I have a few questions - #1: does this place make a habit of kidnapping geniuses from all around? And #2: Has anyone seen a baby, child, or teenager around with purple hair, a little on the taller side, going by the name of Trunks? If you have, can you tell him his mom is looking for him and direct him to me?

Anyway - I have a Corporation to run back in West City, so I guess I kinda have to help you all get this war thing under control, huh? Good thing you called the right girl, then!

[ She giggles lightly, a wide smile spreading across her face. ]

My name is Bulma Briefs, and I'm world renowned as a genius and inventor at home. I haven't quite... mastered the technology around here, but if I can figure out Namekian space ships and Saiyan scouters, I should be working away really shortly! I don't actually know what every one here might need - so give me something to work off of, yeah? I'm kind of working on a tight time clock, what with Trunks needing regular feedings back home and the fact that the Androids are supposed to show up really soon!

So, that said - What d you need, Death City? I'm bored and that doesn't really bode well for anyone, especially my neighbors- [ Oops! Seems she'd gotten so caught up in boasting about herself she'd forgotten to introduce someone else too! So excuse her as she promptly quiets down and moves for the door to her apartment. Oddly enough she leaves her own and just.. you know.. calmly lets herself in to the one across the hallway, grinning like she's gotten away with something.

See next a probably less than thrilled Saiyan prince. Bulma, meanwhile, is laughing and looking a lot like the cat that got the cream for bursting in on him like that - absolutely no fear here. ]

And by the way, if you see this jerk around, his name is Vegeta! And don't be fooled by how much he glares, he's actually kind of cute if you give him the chance!
